Youth Entrepreneurship Accelerator is powered by GEMS World Academy Dubai in partnership with 8billionideas and sponsored by CAFU and would love to welcome students to participate in their event.
The Youth Entrepreneurship Accelerator programme is a business programme that supports early-stage, growth-focused student companies through education and mentorship.
It is intended to transform students into founders, and their ideas into start-ups.
Students will fill out an application form in groups to apply to the programme, and if selected will take part in selective after-school sessions led by an international facilitator from the UK. They will be guided by a cohort of knowledgeable mentors each week who will give them dedicated feedback on their work as the students proceed through the programme.
Program is open to:
All students Grade 9 – 12 (Year 10 – 13)
Students will be in teams with the following roles:
• CEO
• Product Manager
• Chief Marketing Officer
• Innovation Lead
• Chief Financial Officer
Start-ups typically enter accelerators for a fixed period and as part of a cohort of companies, and this accelerator is no different. We are taking an innovative approach to advance students existing businesses’ and want to encourage students without existing ideas to think creatively and build a business that will make a real profit in the real world.
Students will take part in the program starting 13 March 2023 through to the Demo Day in May where students will showcase their work to parents and pitch their start-up in a live final to external investors.

3. Marketing Sizing & Go to Market Strategy
4. Financial Modeling and Planning
5. Resourcing, Leadership and Manager
6. Investor Pitching
7. Demo day
This program is exclusively for GEMS students and would encourage all aspiring entrepreneurs or students with a growth mindset to apply.

Program would usually cost AED 8,000 per student, however it is free of charge to all GEMS students as the costs are covered by our main sponsor, CAFU.
