GEMS Legacy School presents 'Design the Live,' an exciting opportunity for Senior students to showcase their design prowess and contribute to the noble cause of Sustainable Development Goal 5 - Gender Equality.

Let your creativity flow as you design garments that not only dazzle on the runway but also promote equal treatment and opportunities for all genders. Break barriers and contribute to a more inclusive society through your unique creations.
Eligibility:
- Open to teams from schools, each consisting of 2 designers, 2 models, and 2 assistants.
- Participants must be from the Senior Category.
Duration:
- Performance: Not to exceed 5 minutes for fair judging.
- Ramp Walk: Models must adhere to a 2-minute time limit.
Guidelines:
- Garments, props, and accessories must be arranged by the participating teams.
- All garments should adhere to UAE customs and standards of dressing.
- Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other rights, following the rule of law in the United Arab Emirates.
- Participants must not display the designer's or school's name for fair judging.

Modelling:
1. Well-groomed appearance
2. Poised presentation
3. Appropriateness of fabric, color, texture, weight, and design
4. Style suitability
5. Good posture and graceful demeanor
Sketch/Design:
1. Originality and alignment with SDG
2. Effective use of recycled, re-used, and repurposed materials
3. Innovation and uniqueness in design
4. Well-coordinated total effect
5. Complementary accessories and props

Registration:
Interested participants are requested to submit their details to Vaishnav Krishnakumar (11D). A team should consist of 2 Designers, 2 Models, and 2 Assistants.
